6 oz. cream cheese (can use reduced fat)

½ cup sliced black olives, optional

12 sm. flour tortillas

1 cup whipping cream or half-and-half (fat free works fine)

1½ cups Monterey Jack or your favorite Mexican blend cheese, shredded
